International conference: Drug related harm reduction: Where are we going?

The International conference: Drug related harm reduction: Where are we going?, is organised by the Drug, Tobacco and Alcohol Control Department (NTADK) of the Government of the Republic of Lithuania, the Lithuanian member of the EMCDDA's Reitox network. It  takes place on 1 December 2021 as an online event.

It's an opportunity to discuss the implementation and effectiveness of harm reduction programs in Lithuania, to consider their development (taking into account the scientific basis, the established principles of equality and the experience of other countries) and to hold an open dialogue on the future needs.

This event is for representatives of low-threshold offices, health care institutions implementing harm reduction programs, policy makers, representatives of the penitentiary sector, non-governmental organisations. The EMCDDA is represented at the conference with 3 speakers.
