Summary
This Survey Report contains methodology and results of the first survey on the extent and patterns of substance use in the general population in Montenegro. The survey was conducted within the established collaboration between the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addictions and the Institute of Public Health of Montenegro.
