Summary
This report summarises the available data and figures on expenditure in the field of drugs in the EU and Norway. While some studies in the peer-reviewed literature were found (Finland, France, Spain and the UK) and extensive reports exist for Austria, Belgium, France and the UK, further, data had to be distracted from focal points’ information to the EMCDDA.
In addition to the main report, this document also includes an addendum drafted by the EMCDDA.
