Development of a core item list for monitoring the treatment of drug misusers (CIT 1.0)

This is the  final report for the project 'Feasibility study on the implementation of the proposals given in the final reports of Reitox sub-tasks on improving the quality and comparability of treatment reporting systems,' and a key document in the early stages of the development of the EMCDDA's treatment demand indicator (TDI). As well as including most relevant results from previous related studies conducted by the EMCDDA, a central output of this document was the development of a core item list for monitoring the treatment of drug misusers (CIT version 1.0).
