Drug prevention in EU schools
Introduction
The Council of the European Union invites Member States (5099/1/02 Cordrogue 4 Rev. 1) 'to incorporate health promotion/drug-prevention programmes at all schools (...)' and 'to promote the development of such programmes and, if necessary, adapt the government resources and organisational structures involved, in order to fully meet the previous objective'.
