May 2013 saw the publication of the first European Drug Report (EDR), the European Monitoring Centre for Drugs and Drug Addiction’s (EMCDDA) comprehensive and multi-dimensional package providing information on European drug trends and developments (European Monitoring Centre for Drug and Drug Addiction, 2013a) alongside focused analyses and country level data.
