Summary
The EU action plan on drugs 2000–04 called upon the European Commission to undertake a mid-term evaluation in 2002 (the subject of this page) along with a final evaluation in 2004.This was the first time that such an evaluation exercise had been undertaken in the drugs field at EU level.
