Moldova has been a partner country since 2012 when a Memorandum of Understanding was signed by the agency and the Ministry of Health of Moldova.
Moldova is one of the beneficiaries of the EU-funded EU4Monitoring Drugs II (EU4MD) project, which has been developed by the EMCDDA as part of its ongoing commitment to strengthening cooperation and sharing expertise with countries in the European Neighbourhood Policy (ENP) area.
